This one will be pretty hardcore for most to deal with, yet hard to deny. A good middle estimate of the death toll here, between those killed and those dumped, is 163. It might be while before it’s done, but I bet the CIWCL’s report will still beat the one on this massacre by Physicians for Human Rights, the experts on reporting violations of medical neutrality and ending impunity for those responsible.
